Geoffrey Nuval, founder of PlayWorks & Lead Facilitator, has spoken and presented at numerous conferences and large gatherings in the Philippines and the U.S. on the topics of entrepreneurship, leadership, and creative thinking.

He returned to the Philippines after spending over a decade in the United States.  While abroad, he attained a BS in Management Science & Engineering with Honors from Stanford University and initiated a course in Entrepreneurship at the Oxford University's Said Business School in the United Kingdom.

After graduation, he spent some time in Silicon Valley in Internet startups for the former Lehman Brothers and then went on to found and become CEO of Devhub.com in Seattle and Privacy Central in Los Angeles.

It was during this time Mr. Nuval became an early pioneer and expert on gamification, the application of real game mechanics – such as points, levels, ranking, and rewards – to improve or influence people’s behavior.

In an effort to contribute to the growth and improvement of the Philippine workforce, Mr. Nuval formed PlayWorks here in the Philippines, a team building company based upon the principles of gamification. 
 


Nikki Aguila, Facilitator & Event Coordinatoris a loyal, team-spirited individual who is able to gain confidence of people.  Adept at bringing people to strive for a common purpose, she has organized hundreds of successful team building and group seminar events for some of the largest companies in the Philippines.  Nikki has prior corporate experience in sales and product marketing for Fujitsu, selling multi-million projects to the country’s leading telecoms such as PLDT and Smart Communications. 

Ms. Aguila holds a BS in Electronics & Communications Engineering from De La Salle University.


Bong Sace, Facilitator, is able to direct and guide large team building crowds, making sure they enjoy their experience while still making sure a company’s objectives are met.

Mr. Bong is currently an Assistant Director at De La Salle Santiago Zobel’s Psychology program. He has 10 years of Facilitation experience with Megaworld, MyPhone and the Philippine National Police as part of his client list.

Mr. Bong holds a BS in Clinical Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and MA in Developmental Psychology at Ateneo De Manila University. 


Titus Abola, Facilitator, is an experienced corporate communications professional, trainer, and event organizer. He is passionate about teaching, sharing knowledge, and helping others become better at their jobs. He loves games, both electronic and tabletop, and is a strong advocate of games as instructional tools.

Before joining Playworks, Titus was Communications Director at executive search firm ZMG Ward Howell, and headed the editorial team of the Marketing & Communications Group of SGV & Co. (Ernst & Young Philippines).

Titus has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the Humanities from the Ateneo de Manila University.


Gilbert Lavides, Facilitator, is able to direct and guide large team building crowds, making sure they enjoy their experience while still making sure a company’s objectives are met. 

Mr. Gilbert has nearly a decade of industry experience planning, managing, and conducting major companywide events for large multinational companies, including Cypress Manufacturing and Intel.

Mr. Gilbert holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology.


DJ Pat, Facilitator, our mass communication and broadcasting expert, is a quick-witted person able to invigorate a crowd. His fun and interactive team building program focuses on realizing a large teams full potential

DJ Pat is a real DJ for one of Philippines’s most popular radio stations for his segments on Friday Madness and Saturday Slam. His past experience includes being a teacher in St Paul’s department of Broadcasting.

DJ Pat holds a dual degree: BS in Business Management major in Entrepreneurship and an AB in Economics from De La Salle University.


JJ Villanueva, Facilitator, is a specialist in inspirational team buildings, able to resolve organizational conflicts and revitalize a team’s confidence.

Mr. JJ has prior experience as a financial analyst for one of the biggest Accounting firms in the world, SGV & Co., 

Mr. JJ holds a BS in Accountancy in De La Salle Dasmariñas as well a certification in Teaching University.


Raymond Villanueva, Facilitator & Head of Business Development, has extensive experience in managing large-scale event organization for Local and International companies up to 6,000 attendees.

Mr. Raymond has over 14 years of working in the hospitality industry in Manila and Abroad. His experience in large-scale operations includes opening The Venetian Macao and Sheraton Hotel Cotai Central overseeing 500+ people in his team. He also opened and managed the Operations of the prestigious Shangri-la at the Fort in BGC.

Mr. Raymond holds a degree in AB Social Science from Ateneo de Manila University.


Rozen Salvador, Facilitator, is a quick-witted thinker who can rapidly adapt to challenging group situations and new environments.

Mr. Rozen has over a decade of industry experience conducting multi-level trainings for large multinational companies, including Shell and Epson.

Mr. Rozen holds a BS in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology.

Playworks' clients range from smaller private companies, to large multinational corporations with multiple divisions. 


Liz Baylon, Facilitator, is a media and communications industry veteran with sharp organization skills and a strong ability to train groups from a variety of backgrounds.

Her international experience, working with Japanese (IPS) and American (Yorkshire, Dell Computers) companies, combined with her communications work with the likes of GMA7 and the Daily Tribune, gives her a unique perspective which she brings when facilitating local teams here in the Philippines.

Ms. Liz holds a BA in Communications from Miriam College and an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.


Hazel imperial, Yoga Facilitator, is our mind, body, and soul rejuvenation specialist.

Ms. Hazel is currently the General Manager of Aura Athletica and Moana boutiques in Power Plant Mall in Rockwell Center, Makati, handling over-all merchandising, marketing, business development and daily store operations among others.   She also has local industry experience working for such companies as PLDT and Rustan’s.

Ms. Hazel holds a BA in Communication and Advertising from Ateneo de Manila University.


Ada Cuaresma, Facilitator, is a protégé of Pocholo “The VoiceMaster” Gonzales when she became a student of Voiceworx, Pocholo’s basic voice acting and dubbing workshop in his company, Creativoices Productions. Since then, she has volunteered much of her time as a radio broadcaster, radio drama talent, voice artist, events host, and motivational speaker and trainer.

Ada brings 12 years of experience from the corporate world, specifically in Client Relations. After finishing her Theater Arts major in the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Ada worked as an inbound sales associate in one of the leading call centers in the country. Ada is also versed in Learning and Development, as she has conducted product, skills and leadership training as an Operations Sales Manager in 2007.


Roy Pascual, Facilitator, is the Training and Development Head of Floor Center Inc., the biggest player in the Philippine tile industry.

Before assuming the post of L&D head, Roy also serves as the training Supervisor of Primer Group of Companies and ELRO Corp. where he established the foundation of training and development, focusing on Sales and Customer Services.

Mr. Roy is also the Training Consultant of Outback Steak House Philippines, an Australian-themed American casual dining restaurant chain in 23 countries worldwide. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree at St. Mary College of Meycauayan and took a Diploma program on Training & Development at De La Salle College of St. Benilde in 2013.  


Game & Safety Marshals at our partner venues are trained in First Aid and ensure the safety of guests by marshaling stations, instructing proper use of equipment, and guiding guests through activities.

Kath Antonio, Registered Nurse Medic, is our River-Rock jumper and on-site First Aid specialist.

She adds value to each team building by identifying key client requirements and provides her seamless event organizing style to drive the team building to a success.

Ms. Kath holds a BS in Nursing from the De La Salle Health Sciences Institute.
